Following the COVID-19 vaccine rollout North Coast Radiology Group has updated its policy regarding steroid injection therapy in line with best available evidence. There is currently no direct evidence to suggest that a corticosteroid injection before or after the administration of a COVID-19 vaccine decreases the efficacy of the vaccine.
