Set up e-Referrals
North Coast Radiology and Clarence Valley Imaging now offer eReferrals through the Genie and Gentu practice management software (PMS). Send radiology referrals online to streamline your workflow and make referrals easier for you and your patients. We hope to offer e-Referrals via other PMS systems such as Best Practice Medical Director soon.
Gentu
No Action is required. North Coast Radiology and Clarence Valley Imaging will appear as a 'provider' in Gentu.
You can:
- Send eReferrals alongside traditional paper referrals
- Select us as your preferred provider
- Make us your default radiology provider if desired
Genie
If you are using GENIE 10.2.7 or above eReferrals are available by default. You can activate and configure them under Practice Preferences.
Using an older version of Genie?
You may need to update your software or complete additional configuration.
